Employees were so kind and sought us out in the store to be helpful in picking out bones and treats for our newly adopted dog. They came up with ideas and gave advice and it was an amazing experience, will definitely be going back
I'm really glad to see a store stock products made in USA. I purchased a dog crate pad made by 'Mississippi Made' and I'm thrilled. It's made in USA of all USA sourced materials. I get all the warm and fuzzies from that. You have a return customer in me.

I liked the way Pet People was run much better than Hollywood Feed. one time we go in and they have what we usually buy and the next time we are told they don’ carry it any more—-very frustrating. Also I also liked having the cards so you know where you stand in rewards. Loved this store before changes. Now I do my best to find items elsewhere.
