Kris is very knowledgeable and is always extremely helpful!! This visit, he helped pick out the best collar for our new rescue pup and helped by carrying her XL dog bed. Kris also helped with picking out some of the toughest toys and answered my questions about food. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful experience shopping there! They were very nice and welcoming when I entered the store.They held an item for me over the night since I could not pick it up that day. Wonderful products! Definitely my favorite pet store!!

Without fail every time I’ve walked into the store I have been greeted with a sincere smile and greeting, “if you need help with anything please let us know”. After my purchase customer service continues with an employee always asking if I would like help carrying my merchandise out to my vehicle. 5 ⭐️ every time!
