Excellent service
Customer service goes above and beyond. I was looking for a leash and collar for my puppy and a staff member took a lot of time to help me pick the right one. She also went over a lot of chew alternatives and answered every question I had. I also accidentally left a bag of treats at the store and the same person found my number in the system and called me to let me know. I couldn’t find the awesome girls name who helped me on the receipt but if you read this you are awesome !
I absolutely love this place and the staff is the most friendly staff I’ve ever met! They treat my pup so well!
The team at Hollywood Feed is amazing! I brought my rescue pup in and they took the time to go over training techniques and recommended the best training treats. Dog intros were a new challenge for us and with their advice we were able to have a successful intro and now adoption of his new sibling.

So helpful to see if I needed help. Also that if I can’t remember a name of something I’ve bought previously, it is in the computer. Whew!
