By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with! So helpful and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my new Airedale puppy! I will most definitely be shopping here for my dogs needs!

Katie was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable! She helped us decide what to get for our aggressive chewer. The store itself is precious and very clean. We got a chew that you can put into the microwave when it gets to choking hazard size - I threw it to our dog and when it hit the ground it broke in half so we just put it in the microwave for her since it was automatically a choking hazard. Next time, I won’t throw it. Thank you!!!

Great employees...very helpful. I used to shop at the Collierville TN location when we lived there & was so happy when they opened a store here in Lake Norman NC. My favorite pet store!!!
