First time in a Hollywood Feed because my dogs appetite changed after being diagnosed with cancer. We were greeted by Amy who listened to my needs and then showed me different options. She knew so much! It was a sigh of relief leaving there with some options that I knew my guy would eat and the fact that if something didn't work out Amy said the bag could be brought back for a credit and it would be donated. I have been buying dog food and snacks from Hollywood Feed for several years. I love this store! They have great customer service. I love the fact that you can get your items delivered if you can't make it to the store. Hollywood feed also has great perks. With every purchase, you earn points which leads to practically free food.
The staff at this location is so kind and helpful. I went in today to make my normal purchase of Ziwi Peak Beef and when I commented that I was interested in the mackerel and lamb flavor but afraid my picky golden retriever would not like it the gentleman working the register offered me a sample of his own dogs food in that flavor. Thank you for providing such great customer service, it is very much appreciated.
Every time I visit this store, I am greeted by friendly and helpful employees eager to assist me in any way they can. It's a joy to shop here where the love for fur babies is clearly evident.
