We typically are very happy with the customer service in your store. However, last week (wednesday morning) when my wife went to pick up our dog's food, the person working was very unfriendly. My wife had difficulty looking up our account by phone number. She entered it several times and instead of offering another option for looking up the account, the person working there just kept saying "that's not it". Finally my wife called me and I suggested looking it up by email. Once she did that it worked. There was no response ... read more

EVERYTHING in the store smells like the AWFUL fragrant they have pumping through the ventilation system. Any item that isn't packaged, that toxic smell adheres to. My dogs will not touch the chew bones. The staff is like the walking dead. I go elsewhere for my needs
