There's always someone up front to help with what I'm looking for. All of the employees I've encountered are very nice and also very knowledgeable. I understand that they attend training for that reason. I like shopping at Hollywood more than the big chains with "Pet" in their name.
I had the best experience at the Hollywood Feed Store in Colleyville, TX. I took my 6 month old puppy into the store to find a harness that would fit her ever growing body. The sales person was extremely helpful and even fitted her for me. I was so grateful for the assistance and great advice!
Jesse was extremely helpful and really wanted to learn about Hunter and help us find the right items for him. Glad we stopped by for our visit today.
I don't normally leave reviews but today I "must" brag about Staci - WHAT AN AWESOME GROOMER! Followed her from Lewisville. Our Cicero loves her and he always looks stunning when he sees her!
The only pet supply store I'll go to. Great selection of high quality food, treats, toys and all your pet needs. Great prices and the staff is super knowledgeable about their products and just general pet care. Gave great recommendations for puppy training, daycare, fun things to do with your new furiend. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet.
