During my last stop, customer service was fine. However, I resent the requirement to wear a mask when the mask mandate in TX has been lifted. So when I needed treats and dog food just yesterday, I went to a competitor whose pricing is a bit higher, but they do not require that you wear a mask to enter the store. Sorry, but I will continue to avoid Hollywood Feed until the mask requirement is lifted.

While we do require our staff members to wear face masks at all times, as well as strongly encourage our patrons to do the same as it is still recommended by the CDC, we are not enforcing mask wearing at any of our locations. We do offer free Curbside Pick-up at every location and Same Day Delivery at select locations for contact-less shopping. We also offer shipping from our Memphis warehouse via FedEx Home.
