Recently found this store and love everything about it. Not your average box store for pet supplies
Business response:
We appreciate you stopping by Kim. Thanks again and we hope to see you again soon!
Everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. Some more so than others. But always friendly.
Business response:
Marlene, thank you so much for your positive review! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers. We've opened up much of our internal training to the public and you can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. We hope to see you again soon!
