Had a wonderful experience the other day with my husband. It had been sometime since I last visited the store since my last fur baby passed from cancer. We finally decided to adopt a new baby and the employee (forgot her name, sorry!) helped us with the essentials and providing us with a welcome packet for new adoptions. She helped us determine the size of the crate we will need and informed us of the upcoming anniversay this weekend. We will definitely be returning soon with our new fur baby.
Annika was so helpful and kind! She took her time showing me around the store as it was my first time shopping there and helped me pick out some chews for my power chewer. Will definitely be visiting again, huge selection and great prices!
Every staff person in here is an absolute sweetheart!! Every time I bring my pup in they give him all the love and treats, and most importantly answer any questions I have on food, hygiene, chews etc. They currently have the sweetest photo opp set up for Easter. Check them out!
