I have had home delivery show up in less than an hour; cats enjoy the items I have gotten and the one time I had to call the customer service number, problem solved in the one call and in less than 10 minutes.

We love this place and so does our dog. He was a picky eater and the team at this store helped us change this and he is now a great eater. The team is always so helpful and knowledgeable. This is now are only pet store.
