Great customer service! They always go above and beyond for me when I go in. Great selection of my Orijen cat and dog food.

Very helpful staff! I’ve been struggling to find a food that my 6 month old puppy would eat, and the rep was able to recommend a food that he LOVES! I had been so worried he wasn’t eating enough, and appreciate the information. She also made sure I was aware of the return policy, just in case. I wish I had started shopping here sooner! They are now definitely my go-to for pet needs.

Everyone in the store is wonderfully helpful when needed, and they don't bother you if you know what you're looking for. They are always friendly and easy to work with! With the same day deliveries they always follow directions on if we're not home and everything is packed nicely
