Love this store! I know it's a big chain but when we go in it feels like a local mom and pop business. All of the employees know our dogs by name and are always very helpful to the humans. And it's so great to see their dogs behind the counter. So glad that HF came to our neighborhood!

Incredible service! Both girls working were absolutely amazing ! I don’t remember their names. One was the manager I believe. She gave us a 100/10 service. Unbelievable. We were greeted warming and helped us get our new puppy comfortable so we could explore the store. Her new puppy packet was full of great information! Even as seasoned dog owners, it was super useful as a review. She was super knowledgeable about all the food, toy and treat options that were appropriate for our breed.
