Great store to shop in andI love the people
I was hunting for the 12" pack of bully sticks and had already been to the Decatur location that day. The staff at PTC were great! They were able to offer me 10 separate bully sticks at the same price. It saved the day and my week with my dog!
Customer service is what it’s all about. I was greeted the moment the door opened. Staff was super helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and polite. I will be returning. I am sorry that I don’t remember the names of the two ladies in the store.
The employees that work at this location are not only helpful and friendly but care a great deal for customer both the two legged and 4 legged kind!
