The employees are always nice and helpful. I love that they have there dogs there. I think it adds that personal touch and you feel like they are genuinely interested in your pet.

Customer service is always above and beyond, even when I walk in three minutes before closing (I'm so sorry!). Selection and prices are great, especially when I can catch a sale on the Progility supplements. The four-legged helpers are always a joy to visit with as well! Not to mention this is the only place I can find Goat's milk for my spoiled rotten girl.
