Always great staff that is helpful. I appreciate the items you keep in stock along with matching prices to Chewy and Amazon. It’s always better to buy and support a local business.

I have been going to this store for three years now. The quality and variety of products is always great. Suki and her team make us feel like family every time we step through that door. No matter how busy they are, they take time to stop and chat, make sure I have everything I need and help me carry items out to my car. Suki has gone out of her way to call other stores to find items for me. My boy is particular 🤣. Love this store and all that they provide to a pet owner. Yes, I would love to see a few more options in some products, but that is controlled by corporate. The staff at the store on Fall of Neuse are amazing. Always friendly and helpful, these folks truly care about the animals and owners that shop with them.

Absolutely love Hollywood Feed. I can always count on finding what I need for my beautiful pup! In addition, the service is above and beyond! Immediately when you walk in you are greeted and assistance is offered. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful! And the cherry on top was bringing the items I purchased personally to my vehicle and loaded it for me! Such a wonderful kind service!
