The staff was wonderful. They are so knowledgeable about their products, took the time to educate me on the benefits and differences of their foods compared to my dogs current diet, and even wrote down a transition plan to the new food. Most important, the person I worked with _I'm horrible with names....(She was from Brazil), knew so much about my dog breed (Cavalier King Charles) and spent time to understand our needs. I will definitely be going back.
