Brett helped us with trying to find the right food for our dog. We had been going to a competitor for quite a while but the level of service provided was amazing even on a Saturday.

Expertise consultation! Our dog has been suffering from lose motion for a few days now. 'Google doctor' recommended OTC human medicine. And I wanted to try something special for them and avoid human medication. Stopped by at Hollywood feed. The guy gave me a probiotic that would help if there was an inflammation in the stomach. He also asked me to return the product if it did not work, without a hesitation. I am glad it worked and we did not have to visit the vet. But the assurance of the staff is what I liked most.
