I frequent many of the locations and the staff is beyond knowledgeable and willing to assist with everything. The quality of products carried is amazing. To know that the employees truly care about animals and that it's not just a job sets them apart from everyone else.

They kept a record of the products that I use, and found them quickly for me. My only concern is pricing.

This place great and has a customer for life! They were so helpful w me on my dogs that have issues as one has anxiety and the other has cancer. They were a blessing w going through all the cancer treatments and offered suggestions and support on what can help our dog with her fight of cancer.
