I needed help finding an item and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed and helped me make sure I had the correct item.
Friendly customer service
Always great customer service…Every time! I’m sure you have your reasons for not carrying the SweetGrass brand of bully sticks, but that was the only reason I started shopping there. The other brands shred and don’t last but a rough hot minute. Most times I have to remove them from my dog to prevent choking. The SweetGrass brand seem to satisfy her need to chew, but last for days! Just sayin’!!!

The staff at this location goes above & beyond for their customers. They remember our dogs' names and other details as well. It's a pleasure to shop there.
The staff is always amazing. I have a pet with allergies and they look at all the labels with me even for 30 min...... that is what buys my buisness. I buy here vs petsmart, chewy or Amazon for that reason.
