Great selection of specialty cat and dog food. Staff are knowledgeable and very attentive. Love shopping at this store that is close by.

Every time I am there the staff are always friendly, professional and very helpful Once ran out of the normal food for my dogs - manager brought 3 from another store. I have never had a problem there. Truly enjoy them

The person who helped me was very nice and knowledgable. But I bought two stuffed animals for my dog, buy one and get one for half price. When I got home I gave him the hedgehog and within 15 minutes he was pulling the fur off of it. So i gave him the other one and before a half hour he was pulling the stuffing out. He is small and not aggressive and these toys are just not made well. I will take them back and try to get my money back.

Our Hollywood Feed Promise is, “If your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, we will gladly replace or refund it. This includes open bags of treats and food”! However, it does not accommodate for the destruction of toys or beds, or for normal wear and tear. Love Melissa the groomer! She always does an awesome job with my dog Macie!! The cashiers are always so nice and helpful! Also, the greeters are very friendly as well, and greet you every time you step foot into the store!
