The experience was great! When I entered the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The clerk was able to point me in the right direction so that I had what I needed. She also explained the products and answered any questions I had. As always, service was outstanding!

Great customer service
I went in to give my dog a bath and the tubs were very clean the store was very clean and the girl that worked there was very helpful and polite and friendly great place I'll definitely come again
Very helpful, the food I came in to get was out of stock but he checked and said they would get more in, I got a very similar product instead but was glad to hear he was willing to check for me.
Alexa always does a great job with Lexi.
Very friendly group of people that work there! Always greeted and let me know help is available if needed. Even pointed out Holiday variety of the dog toys I was buying. Talked about our dogs as she quickly rang up my dog’s new toys.
Great staff, always friendly and helpful to get/find what I am in need of and suggest other things my dogs might be interested in.
Friendly staff greeted us and checked us out. Love using the dog wash. So nice to let someone else do all the cleanup.
