Staff always friendly and ready to help; they are also very knowledgeable! Store is always clean and well stocked, with a vast variety of pet supplies. They also have a loyalty program for regular customers, too!

What a wonderful experience!! This is the second time we've had Carrie groom both of our dogs, she is AWESOME! They leave smelling and looking great. You can tell she loves what she does. :)
