I love the Hollywood location in Flower Mound, Texas. They groom my dogs there and the staff is extremely helpful with product shopping!

Everyone that works here is super nice. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile. Everyone here bends over backwards to make sure that you know everything you need and have everything you need before you leave.

Attendant at the counter did not even acknowledge us with a Hello, Thank you in ether entering or leaving the store.
Until I found out that you are letting my groomer of 6 years go. I don't know what I'm going to do now. We spend about $500 a month at HF. We will have to go elsewhere
