Simply the best pet store around. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of pet food is great, and I love their frequent buyer program. I'll never shop anywhere else.
I walked in, unnoticed, went back to the Fromm isle. I saw what I wanted on the top shelf. I stood there for several minutes before I had to go get someone to come help me. He came when approached, however, I think he was counting out the till because he set a bag ( of money????) on the counter when I approached him. I was more worried about the bag on the counter than him helping me with the bag of Fromm on the top shelf.
