I have visited 7 locations across CO, AR, and TX. The Shreveport shop has by far the worst customer service. No one came out from behind the desk to greet us. I brought my dog with me, and this is the first (& only) time she has not been offered a treat. I picked up two bags of food, and the only interaction we had with staff was at checkout. Otherwise, the store was nicely organized, and the dry cat food selection was more limited than usual.
