The staff is the best and the reliable food for our dog is #1. Everyone of the employees is super helpful and friendly. We can always find a great food/treat/toy option for our dog. We are lucky to have a dog that is not a picky eater but they always remind us if he doesn’t like the food or if it doesn’t agree with him to bring it back for a different option. That alone would be enough to keep us using Hollywood feed, but this location is very close to home and the staff is awesome. They know our dog by name and let him play... read more

Excellent store with a great variety of healthy foods and toys, but I wouldn't continue shopping there if the staff wasn't so great. They are knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. They keep the store well stocked, clean and neat. They make spending money almost enjoyable...

I am always greeted by the employees when I walk in. They are so helpful ! When I bring my dog in looking for a collar they will fit the collar on my dog. They provide great customer service experience!!! My dog loves coming in here!!!

Excellent customer service. I am so grateful that Sarah waited for me after the store closing time to allow me to purchase a product for my sick cat. Also, she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will return today to purchase additional products.
