Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The store manager Brett Gray is fantastic. I have visited the Richardson, Dallas and Plano stores and none of them hold a candle to the vibe and culture Brett has created at your Allen location

Sept 9, 2025 Title: From Excellent to Extremely Disappointing I’ve been a loyal Hollywood Feed customer for years and always had excellent service—fast, reliable, and professional. Sadly, my recent experiences have been the opposite. Packaging: Shipments that once arrived in Hollywood Feed’s branded boxes now show up in oversized Home Depot–labeled boxes. i placed an order for curbside pickup. I called the number on the window but it just rolled over into a corporate-type automated voicemail system. I finally gave up and went inside. They were not busy. They had pulled thr dog food for me and it was on a shelf by the register. They handed it to me and I left. I had left a tip online for the service. I lost that. It was only a dollar but it was for a service that I didn't receive.
Very disappointed in the frequent feeder program. I thought it was buy 12 and get the next one FREE. Nope! Had to pay $5.00 for the so called free bag. After spending over $440 for the bags of dog food, you don't expect to then be charged $5.
