Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. The store manager Brett Gray is fantastic. I have visited the Richardson, Dallas and Plano stores and none of them hold a candle to the vibe and culture Brett has created at your Allen location

Unfortunately, this location I will not be back. I have bought products from here before, but this visit was unpleasant. The young lady that worked there not friendly and seemed a little stressed. For the first time, I used the self bath for my client, there was not enough towels you did not have conditioner. When I asked her at other locations, they provide conditioner and multiple shampoo choices.She said we don't not have that here. It is not in high demand so we don't carry it.
