Alexa was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable when I needed to buy a post surgery protective collar for my cat. I was very stressed and she showed me how to put it on and make adjustments. I'll be back!

From the time you enter with that warm greetings, you soon find the care and details they have for all our furry family members, with the waterfall water dish to the treats and what seems mile high high shelves of everything you could and couldn't imagine. We had problems with our feline members and their stomachs. We needed a balanced diet that wouldn't break the bank but keep these guys going. I cannot express how wonderful this store is. If pick it up in store or have it delivered to my home, customer service is always on point. I always get a love note on everything I get delivered to my house. I know it may be a kind courtesy, however that thank you in hand writing goes a long way. I appreciate everyone on staff. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store clean and well stocked. Prices are comparable to other stores and they have buying programs on some brands of dog food.
