This was my first time in your store. The colors are so beautiful, and so well organized. The blonde haired lady welcomed us and was so friendly. She let us know that the toys were ‘BOGO free” I was just going in with some friends. Not intending on buying anything, but I couldn’t pass up that great deal! I bought two toys and a bag of treats. I didn’t get names, but the lady’s daughter rang me up. She was nice and friendly too! Great job ! Keep up the good work!

Mallory was so helpful in helping me find a new kibble for our Cersei Pearl. I told her she was a bully with allergies, so no chicken, beef or grain. She put me on Zignature feed. To our delight we can change proteins and they even have treats! Even better, Cersei loves the Trout and Salmon kibble and the kangaroo treat biscuits.

The employees are truly the most helpful and accommodating ladies you will find anywhere. They go out of their way to locate the exact thing you are trying to find. For example, checking with other locations and stores to find a special bed that I wanted for my little Morkie. And making several phone calls to me with information on possible beds. Being efficient and kind employees is a great combination.
