I was pleasantly surprised at how great my first visit went. Even after explaining I have a VERY picky eater, I was assured I could return it if she wouldn't eat it. On my second visit to return items my dog wouldn't eat it was not so great. The sales girl made me feel bad about returning it. She made me feel like I didn't try hard enough to get my dog to eat it. She asked me who helped me and then berated her for her choices. Very confusing..not sure if I will go back.

The associates at the Sunset Lake location in Lexington SC are always pleasant and helpful. I purchase my dogs food from there and I like the reward program they have. Store is always clean.
