Love visiting this store. The employees are always friendly, kind, and obviously love animals. Prices are great, and we like their staying in touch via email for sales.
This store is very well-organized and clean. The staff are friendly and always willing to help find what you need. I love shopping at Hollywood Feed, they have great customer perks and awesome products that most big box pet stores don’t carry!
Kelly was so super in helping me. I brought my teacup in for a coat and she helped me by measuring her and then we looked through what she had and even looked on the internet. She suggested since I could find a coat that was small enough I purchase a fleece covering which I did and a pair of pjs for my little girl. Kelly was so upbeat and personable that it was truly a really great shopping experience.
Kelley, Brittany and the staff there are all super friendly and knowledgeable on products and needs. Always greeted with smiles and warm regards. With service like this I won’t buy products anywhere else.
It’s always a pleasure to shop at Hollywood Feed! Great customer service, great array of products-and personalized care. For instance the clerk carried my large bag of dog food out to the trunk of my car. Unbelievable!
