Always has been a great experience when we have been shopping here. The ladies were very informative about the Dried Beef lungs we were purchasing. We had a few questions and they were able to answer them without pause.

They are friendly, helpful and stand by their word. I had less than half a bag of frozen raw left when my kitties started not liking it and they exchanged it for a full/brand new bag of something I already knew they would like. Great people! I will always purchase my cat food there & nowhere else!
