Great customer service, decent selection on frozen raw food. I wish they would get more balanced raw but it works out when I am in desperate need until I get my own shipment in from 'my pet carnivore.'

Immediate lifetime customers. The staff here are so friendly, personable, and genuinely helpful. They spent a great amount of time helping us find the closest comparable dog food as we transitioned our new pup from his breeder and informed us all about their great rewards and delivery services. You don’t get this kind of service from the big corporate stores.
