First of all, I rarely ever take time for feedback questionnaires unless my experience is really bad bad or really good. Hollywood Feed is comparable to another local boutique pet store I frequented for several years. Employees can make all the difference. Both stores have nice, knowledgeable employees, but my experience is that Sarah and Jan (now at HF S. Penn) have the edge over others I have encountered with questions about food and care, not to mention how pleasant they are to customers. They are the BEST and the rea... read more
