Immediate lifetime customers. The staff here are so friendly, personable, and genuinely helpful. They spent a great amount of time helping us find the closest comparable dog food as we transitioned our new pup from his breeder and informed us all about their great rewards and delivery services. You don’t get this kind of service from the big corporate stores.

Sarah was extremely nice and courteous! I greatly appreciated her assistance and hospitality during my visit to the store. She also was super sweet to my puppy and my puppy enjoyed her visit. I was super satisfied in her service and will absolutely be coming back!
