As we embarked on the journey of a getting a new puppy, we needed advice and help. We went in a few days before receiving him to get the necessary supplies to welcome him to his new home. The staff was so accommodating and kind-answering our questions expertly and offering suggestions. They also explained the stores return and guarantee policy. When we got our pup a couple days later, we had bought the wrong size collar and harness, and he DID NOT like the treats we had got him. The exchange of those items was a breeze! Not ... read more
