Yes, great customer service. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided old fashioned service by helping me carry my items to my car. You can't find this type of help much anymore. However, being followed around through the store by multiple sales staff is not cool.

I’ve told many of people that I know that have fur babies that are friends of mine that your place is the place to go. I’ve never once entered the store without being immediately greeted ask if I needed any assistance. I’ve always been treated with the highest level of respect and kindness. We used to order the products that we can buy at the store through Amazon but the human element definitely makes it very worthwhile and taking the time out of the day to shop at your wonderful store.
