It is always an amazing experience shopping here. The staff is always friendly and always happy to see us and our dogs. Nichole is the best manager and we appreciate her insight and knowledge of the products available in the store. She and the staff never hesitate to offer us assistance taking heavier items out to our car. The store itself is well lit, well organized and always clean. It has become our #1 preferred pet shopping center over both PetsMart and PetCo and the Brentwood location is by far the best!

The store manager Nichole, the assistants Kiersten & Sophie, and other staff members are always friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate this and their valued suggestion of cat foods strengths and alternatives to try when selections I make don’t agree with my two cats. I also really appreciate the generosity offered by the store to allow me to return an opened packaged item should my cats not like a new product I try for them.
