I went to the store in Brentwood only because I saw Pet People. I just got a puppy and wanted some chew sticks. I met the manager, Nichole and her assistant, Sophie. They are great at what they do. I found a better brand of food and learned a lot about feeds. I’ve been there twice and will definitely go again. My little Romeo needs a new collar! Hollywood Feed always has good stock of the brand of food I feed my dog. It’s easy to stop by and grab a couple of bags every few weeks. The salespeople always give me great ideas for new, safe chews and distractions for my Golden Retriever.
Always eager to help find products. Love the return policies in the event that my picky cat doesn’t like a food I buy..
The staff are always very prompt with service and welcoming me when I walk in the store. Each member is consistently very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about products. They also offer to carry heavier items to my car which is a courtesy I appreciate. Overall an A+ rating!

I took my Chihuahua in to have his toenails trimmed with Nicole, the manager. I ended up getting Rosco a Seresto flea and tick collar, and Nicole gave me some samples of dog food to try for Rosco. Nicole is very knowledgeable and gave me many tips for Rosco. I look forward to seeing her again!
