Great customer service, everyone is always very helpful when we try to find new foods for our overly picky bunch of dogs. The selections and quality as well as the guarantees will all keep me coming back! Oh yea ... toy prices, collars and beds are all made more affordable and fun to choose!

It’s really hit or miss with customer service. There’s often a visiting manager who seems to know a lot about products and animals in general. There’s one local associate that’s clueless. Bless her heart, I’m thinking that the light may not be on
