I have been going to Hollywood Feed for almost 4 years and have loved it due to great prices, selection and courteous service. I was in there yesterday and had my first negative experience. I found the staff rude and disrespectful. I almost called after and still may. I have never seen those people before and I hope to have better experience next time. I was completely taken aback. These young girls need to learn how to treat elderly folks. Very disappointed.

Store smells so strong of burning candles/ incense/spice that it makes me sick. Stopped buying toys, food or anything that dog wears because last toy made him very sick and required trip to ER Vet. The smell lingers on clothes. When I returned to car my husband could smell it on my clothes. I bought a metal water dish for outdoors. This used to be the only pet store I shopped at. Now this is the last place I would shop for my pet.
