I was there on Jan 23rd in the afternoon. I don’t remember the name of the 2 staff members but the company should figure out who they are and reward them because they are fabulous employees. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I was looking change food for my dog. They educated me and were very helpful. I felt that they were truly looking out for my best interest and not just trying to make a sale. I will continue to be a customer so long as they are there! Thanks for making our experience!

We always receive outstanding customer service at Hollywood in Simpsonville! They are very focused on your pets actual needs and ensuring the best solution/product is offered. We have also used their delivery service, and it's exceptional and incredibly quick! True professionals with a big heart!
