The staff are kind and friendly and customer oriented. I most always find all that I need for my pet, Blossom. They also have donated some food for our community cats. In addition, they have a program where you receive credits for purchases and I was able to redeem quite a substantial amount in rewards that helped! Thank you!

I ordered ahead from your app, was very quickly notified that my order was ready for pickup, then my dog and I went to pick it up. So easy!! And, as always, the guy carried it out to my car. I always have great service at my Sandy Springs store. I occasionally use delivery, too. Great same day service that way, too. In most places these days, customer service is dead. But never at Hollywood Feed!❤️

Sales clerk helped me with my dog food, told me about sales happening in store and gave me a food sample based on my purchase total. She also took my bag of dogfood to my car for me.
