The ladies are so patient and helpful. It wasn't like other stores where they are eyeing you are looking to see what you will buy.

The staff is very pleasant and always asks to help carry heavy items to my car. But they don't have much product knowledge. I had trouble with a collar I bought for my dog and the guy I showed it to didn't know the first thing about it. Better training is needed.
