Excellent customer service. Employees showed personal interest in me and my dog. They took time to help me find what I needed without me having to ask. They also helped me carry my items to my car. Very pleased customer.

I have never been to a store, let alone a pet store, that has remembered me, my pet's allergies and our names besides hollywood feed. They always update us on sales and reminders of what my dog likes. They're always so welcoming and friendly. They are simply the best.

Every time we walk in there is someone asking if there is something they can help us find. They know our dog by name and he has been posted on the Facebook page! We love how we don’t have to check the ingredients on every product because we can trust Hollywood feed!
