It is difficult to put into words, but my most recent visit - the person helping me just didn't provide the normal, helpful, friendly, assistance.
It was pretty obvious they didn’t want us in the store. I know it’s an odd time but if you don’t let people shop how are they going to purchase stuff? She asked me what kind of dog food I want it as I came in the door and I had to run back outside for my wallet and she had it sitting on the counter ready to ring me up when I walked back in.

Associate's were attentive. Asked for help with purchasing toys for my 7 month old Yorkiepoo puppy. Products recommended as durable were destroyed by my pup in less than 3 days.I took both toys back and asked to exchange for 2 more durable toys. I was told no refunds or exchanges. I misunderstood my first visit when the associate was explaining it he didn't like something I could getting it back and exchange it. However wasn't told that did not apply to toys. I didn't $65 on 5 small items. Disappointed

Awesome customer service!!! The young lady immediately offered me the sales paper when I entered the store and told me about the sale on dog food that week which was exactly what i needed to know. In and out in less than 5 mins and I saved some dollas!!!(for some reason i cant hit the stars but 5/5)
