Outstanding customer service. They are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in seeing pictures of my dog. I love that they value made in America, they match competitor prices and the curbside pickup is very fast and convenient. They have a great selection of products my Rottweiler loves the deer antlers. I also love that if you buy something that you think your pet will like but they actually hate it Hollywood feed will take it back and replace it with something else or even a refund.

Amazing customer service and helpful staff. I have a dog that has hip and joint pain along with allergies. When I have questions about a product that may address my dogs issues the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable on their products and what may or may not help. I have found a shampoo there that has worked wonders on my dogs skin issues and a hip and joint supplement that so far seems to be helping.

I have visited this store twice. Both times the service was incredible. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. I will be purchasing all of my pet supplies here.
