I didn't catch the reps name, but she was a super bice and knowledgeable lady!!! I had never been this store and was in a bit of a hurry and shd definitely helped me navigate the store and told me about some of the perks of buy from them.

Awesome customer service
I ordered online from Hollywood Feed, and although I haven't been there in person yet, I'm still very impressed with the store. They communicated throughout the order and I got it same day! One item they were out of stock of, but they called and we discussed options. Friendly, knowledge and helpful from start to finish. Can't wait to take my pup in person. Great experience. :)

Always a lot of great products available. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have used the free delivery a couple times too when I couldn’t get to store. Fabulous!
