In grooming my dog Bella was treated with such care and gentleness. She spent time answering my many questions. Everyone is so nice and very helpful from when you walk in until you leave. I love visiting the Germantown store.

The gentleman that helped me was EXCELLENT. I hope that he is there the next time I go. So nice, friendly and a delight to talk with. Also, he had some great suggestions about some cat issues.

Brian was very helpful, just like the whole staff. It’s one of the reasons I love the store. They are always great to me and my dog, and it’s one of the last places that wants to give good customer service!

I was needing help to add something to my Maltipoo diet because he has been eating same food I told her Rostitire Chicken, veggie, swt pot, rice and I felt he was missing out, the lady used initials I think was MC she suggested trying Fromm Gold small breed adult 1/4 cup with his chocken to start and could increase if needed. He is loving it and adapted quickly to it… Thanks for the helpful staff.
