I wish I remembered the gals name who helped me as she was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and kind. My foster dog is a destroyer of all toys. She told me her dog was the same way and pointed out some toys that are working for her dog. I was at the New Albany Hollywood Feed for pictures with Santa for my foster. She let me put all the items - treats and toys on the counter until I was ready to leave. Sh did check me out and it was sometime after 3:00. I’d love to give her a shoutout if I remembered her name. Your staff is knowledgeable about the products you have. I recently needed help changing my dogs food and not only did she recommend a great food but she explained how to switch out dry dog food slowly without upsetting my dogs stomach…..

I am a BIG fan of the New Albany Hollywood Feed! The employees are always very pleasant and the store is always kept very organized. Last time I was there, a young lady (I believe her name was Sam?) gave me a great recommendation for an oil that my dog can eat with his food. As he ages, he has started to have some joint problems and a lackluster coat and this product has been great for him! She was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions, even helping me find some good treats for him.
